Loss Prevention Hotline

Customers insured with Zurich North America for lawyers' professional liability through Daniels-Head have access to Loss Prevention Hotline services. This service is provided by Hinshaw & Culbertson, one of the country's foremost malpractice defense firms and loss prevention advisors, and is completely confidential between your firm and the Hotline advisors.

This service is designed to be a quick way for Zurich insureds to receive guidance on the mitigation of real-time liability exposures.

How to Use the Service:

  • Go to Zurich.LawyeringLaw.com
  • Enter your Zurich log on and password (this can be provided by your Account Executive)
  • Once you have entered the Subscriber pages, click on "Hotline Consultation" in the right toolbar.
  • The page will provide you with step by step directions

You will receive an Engagement Agreement, Consent, Conflicts Disclosure and Demographics Questionnaire, which you can submit either online or via fax.
